We are also seeking sponsors (philanthropists, NGOs, and kind-hearted individuals) who can support premiums for people outside the union who are in need.

In such cases, CimpleHealthcare may step in with additional support. However, there must be a union guarantee that the member (or their family) will continue contributions to help cover the cost. If the member passes away, special considerations will be discussed with the union.

By law, insurance premiums cannot be refunded because care was not used. However, incentives like discounts at supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, and other reward programs can be given to encourage continued participation.

Coverage starts once your contributions reach the minimum required threshold for your selected plan. There may be a short waiting period for some services (e.g., surgery, maternity), but emergency care is available immediately after activation.
